Renato has over 40 years’ experience in an international competitive high technology environment covering system definition, design, prototype realization and production readiness. He has been an active technical consultant for Fresenius Medical Care North America for 5 years, focusing on the development of a wearable kidney. He was actively involved with the Italian Air Force in the design of the communication and navigation systems for the TORNADO aircraft; he supervised for the US Air Force Space Division and also for NATO for the design and applications of the NAVSTAR-GPS program. Mr. Giordano holds a doctorate in Electronic Engineering, a degree in Management from the Air Force Superior College, a degree in Avionics System Design, as well as several NATO and international merits.
Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Mishkin has 25 years of experience in business management serving in a variety of functional areas with varying roles and responsibilities. He has extensive experience in operations, marketing, sales, systems integration, project management, finance, and accounting. Most recently, Mr. Mishkin was Chief Financial Officer for California Benefits Dental Plan, a Sun Life Financial of Canada U.S. company. He has a Bachelors’ degree in Philosophy and a Masters’ in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Khawar is a board certified Nephrologist in private practice in San Diego. He is the Medical Director of several dialysis units in San Diego as well as North County Vascular Center. He is also the founder and President of San Diego Institute for Medical Research and Vice President of his group, Palomar Medical Group. Osman joined Easydial in 2014 and is the Chief Medical Officer. He also serves on the board of Directors.
Chief Technical Officer
Rod has over 30 years experience in high-technology product design and development in Consumer, Industrial and Regulatory environments ranging from Product Concept through development, and into mass production. Previous to joining EasyDial he has led the Engineering Group for an industrial sensor manufacturer introducing modern development processes and implementing novel products for the marketplace. He is a veteran of several start-up high-technology companies encompassing Artificial Intelligence, Computer Peripherals, Information Security devices, Data Communications, Wireless devices and Microwave applications.
Chief Financial Officer
Marco Crigna has over ten years of International Business experience acquiring extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. Marco has specialized in consulting and advising international corporations conducting business in the United States. Furthermore, Marco is incredibly active in the Italian American community in Los Angeles, as well as in San Francisco, and serves today on the Board of Directors of the Italian American Chamber of Commerce.
Marco moved to the United States in 2006 after earning his Masters of Business at the University of Calabria in Italy. Marco started his career in New York as the comptroller at La Cucina Italiana, a publishing company, operating worldwide. In 2008 he joined ARA Consultants, Inc., a CPA firm based in New York, acquiring expertise in GAAP and financial transactions. His knowledge of GAAP and IFRS allowed him to assist several European subsidiaries operating in the United States, and vice versa, facilitating requirement and transaction approaches between these regulations. In 2012 Marco joined G.C. Consultants, Inc., a consulting firm based out of New York. Marco was at the helm of an ambitious project at G.C. Consultants to expand its growth in establishing it’s West Coast presence in both San Francisco and Los Angeles. In 2016 Marco joined EasyDial Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer.
Vice President of Communications & Media Relations
Luca Severi is a TV and film producer with a broad range of experience. Luca is a partner in IbiscusMedia, Inc. and is involved in several projects in different fields such as marketing, culture and social. He specializes in video production, which has given him the opportunity to work with some of the biggest production companies in the industry and allowed him to develop content with high humanitarian value. He has reportage in Haiti, Kenya and Kerala (India) due to his background in producing documentaries. Luca is a member of several professional and cultural organizations as well as a solid collaborator of different companies in the media environment, both in the US and in Italy.
Production & Inventory Manager
Cynthia has over 15 years’ experience as both a Production Manager and Quality Manager. She has worked for companies in both OEM and contract manufacturing. Throughout her career, she has proven to be an inspirational, independent Leader with a strong team work ethic. She possesses a strong understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing. She excels at analyzing products and procedures, as well as generating new ideas to improve efficiency and production quality.

Paolo Hartmann, MD

Dr. Hartmann retired December 2010 from the position of Senior Medical Officer, Department of Country Focus Sustainable Development and Healthy Environments, World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva, Switzerland. Dr. Hartmann served with the WHO for 25 years and since his retirement has consulted for the WHO and continues to do so. Dr. Hartmann is a Medicine and Surgery graduate of the University of Bologna. Additionally, Dr. Hartmann has studied for diplomas or certificates in Tropical Medicine, Communicable Diseases, and Epidemiology. Dr. Hartmann has also matriculated in courses for the administration and management of health programs for developing countries.
Maurizio Martelli, PhD

Professor Maurizio Martelli was the Vice Chancellor of the University of Genova (Italy) and a member of the Department of Information, Bioengineering, Robotics, and Systems Engineering. Professor Martelli has a long and illustrious career in academia. His roles and responsibilities encompassed much more than educating hundreds of students in information and computer systems engineering. Professor Martelli was an early researcher in programming logic and continued this research as well as counseling other researchers and graduate students. Additionally, Professor Martelli has held several management and leadership positions at the University and in various “think tanks” and conferences where his expertise was demanded.

Vito M. Campese, M.D. is Co-Director of the USC/UKRO Kidney Research Center and a Professor of Medicine, Physiology and Biophysics and a former chair of the Division of Nephrology at the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California (LAC-USC) Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. A native of Bari, Italy, he received his medical degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Bari. His internship, residency, and fellowship in nephrology were completed at the Policlinico in Bari. Dr. Campese came to the United States to do a fellowship in hypertension at the USC (Keck) School of Medicine.
Dr. Campese has had a distinguished career at USC and the Keck School of Medicine. His first position, in 1975, was an Assistant Professor of the Hypertension Service. He was then made an Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology before being elevated to an Associate Professor. He has been a full professor since 1985.
Dr. Campese is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, a Diplomate of the American Board of Nephrology, and a specialist on hypertension. He is also a national and international member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Hypertension. Concurrently, he is active in the American Heart Association’s Council for High Blood Pressure Research and the American Society of Hypertension.
His research interests include such topics as salt sensitivity in hypertension, hypertension and renal failure, cytokines and the neurogenic control of blood pressure, and the role of the sympathetic nervous system in primary hypertension. Currently, he is a member of the Institutes of Health (NIH) Study Section, “Hypertension and Microcirculation.”
Dr. Campese’s editorial experience is extensive. He served as Assistant Editor of the American Journal of Nephrology from 1980 until 2002 and was on the Editorial Board of Hypertension and Journal of Hypertension. He now sits on the editorial boards of such publications as the American Journal of Hypertension, Journal of Human Hypertension, Journal of Nephrology, and Journal of the American Society of Nephrology . He has served as a reviewer for over 25 peer-reviewed medical journals including Lancet , the New England Journal of Medicine, Circulation, and the American Journals of Kidney Disease and Hypertension. Dr. Campese has authored over 240 scientific articles, 167 abstracts, and lectured, extensively, worldwide.
